There is a workaround for this and other games with similar compatibility issues, which will depend on how you have performed the upgrade to Windows 10, however there is a caveat which I will explain after the workaround.ġ - Upgrade leaving old drivers/documents in place. I have had similar issues with Broforce, Mitsugui Kamui Hikae, Oddworld NewNTasty, Grandia 2 Anniverary Edition, Assasins Creed 1 and 2, among others. However pure XInput reads the 2 triggers as independent axes which is causing issues for a number of games under Windows 10 on the XBox ONE controller. Under legacy DirectInput control the 2 triggers report as 2 halves of the same joy axis with both at rest being the center position. This is because Microsoft with the Official Windows 10 driver seems to have removed support for legacy DirectInput control which was present in the Windows 7/8.1 drivers. ![]() I have the controller, however there is an issue with the right trigger not registering.
